Fix 1: PIREP-Block-Zeiten (block_off_time/block_on_time bleiben NULL, weil PirepService' eigener Fallback am CarbonCast scheitert). Fix 2: Flight-Number-Hard-Block (blockiert Flight-Saves mit flight_number<=0, z.B. aus Freiflug-Formularen, per Exception).
